These Terms govern your use of the Adore app. By using Adore you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Adore. By using the app you represent that you are 18 or older. We may terminate accounts that we believe belong to minors.
Adore provides AI-generated fictional characters for entertainment and companionship. The characters are not real people and their messages are computer-generated. Adore is not a substitute for a human relationship, and not a provider of medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on it for any such purpose.
If you express thoughts of self-harm or are in crisis, the app will break character and provide crisis resources. This is not emergency care — if you are in danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (US: call/text 988). You agree not to use Adore to produce or solicit illegal content, content sexualizing minors, or content that harasses or harms others.
Free Discovery accounts can send 20 messages per day across all matches. The app shows the reset time. Each accepted text or photo-caption message counts once; retrying the same message does not count again. Discovery offers optional Standard and Plus monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. The app shows the localized full price, billing period, included features, usage allowance and delivery terms before Apple confirms your purchase. Neither new monthly plan includes a free trial. The price shown by Apple for your storefront controls; prices in other currencies may differ.
Existing weekly, monthly or annual Premium subscribers retain the applicable benefits of their existing plan while eligible. Restore purchases can restore eligible paid access. Changing a plan takes effect on the date and terms shown by Apple; purchasing a different plan is not a way to duplicate an allowance.
Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in Apple account settings. Deleting Adore or your Adore account does not cancel your subscription. Apple handles applicable refunds.
Some character photos and conversation options require a paid plan. Use is subject to the allowance, reset date and delivery terms displayed for that plan. Slower delivery, where applicable, is a service queue and is disclosed as such. A subscription does not guarantee an instant response, a particular generated image or unrestricted content. Technical failures and prohibited requests are not additional paid benefits.
Restoring a purchase restores eligible paid access, not another account's private conversations. Supported conversation recovery requires the relevant Adore recovery method.
You agree not to: abuse the service; attempt to extract another user's data; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent your age. Requested images must be non-explicit and depict fictional adults; do not submit nudity, sexual content involving minors, or requests to substitute a real person into an intimate image. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your messages, microphone input, shared images, and live-call content only as needed to operate the service, including AI generation, safety, and relationship memory. The app, personas, imagery, and software are owned by RARITY and protected by IP laws; don't copy or redistribute them.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RARITY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using the app and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights, remedies or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.
